We will review larger cases on a case by case basis for a loan against the fees of a single case or a class action.The process is simple. Complete an application. One of our experienced underwriters will review the application and determine if you have sufficient assets (case value/fee value) to justify an advance of at least $100,000. Once you are pre-approved we will have an underwriter review key documents within the collateral cases to validate the value. This may include an on-site visit to your offices. |
